Ever since the opening of the West Hollywood location of this Santa Cruz-born coffee shop, it's been a go-to spot for meetings, local hangs, and laptop working. Actors and media types abound, you may very well spot someone you recognize grabbing an espresso and steel cut oats. Verve uses updated vintage Probat roasters to roast by hand with consistency.
