Coffee to go for a stroll through Washington Square Park

Portland-based coffee roaster Stumptown thoughtfully sources its beans from many continents—everywhere from Guatemala to Ethiopia to Indonesia. Its four coffee shop locations in New York are all worthy destinations. The West 8th Street café has limited seating, but strong WiFi when you can snag a chair. The Ace Hotel location is a personal classic for me, as that’s where I would spend days working when I was just visiting the city, before I became a New Yorker myself.
