Named for a busy street in Melbourne, Australia, Little Collins is a super cool café that significantly improves an otherwise boring neighborhood. Aussies are revered for their coffee, so of course this spot gets it right. While the space may be tiny, it makes up for minimal room with a fabulous food menu of brekkie essentials and craft sandwiches. I especially appreciate that Little Collins occupies a random part of Lexington where no other quality java can be found.
