The owner of Tribeca newcomer Interlude learned the ropes at Joe Coffee Company before he opened his own downtown café. Beans from George Howell Coffee, matcha from Tea Dealers, and creative pastries like oatmeal-pickled-raisin cookies and banana sesame loaf are on offer here. The sleek, neutral space sticks to a soothing black, white, and cream color combination throughout the decor.
