In the spring of 2018, I quit my full-time job as a graphic designer at Bon Appétit magazine to live out my passions.

From co-founding Spring Street Social Society and The Liquor Cabinet to carving out a niche in a new and exciting industry as a professional Instagrammer, I've spent the last few years meticulously documenting where I go, what I do, who I meet, and what I learn on Instagram. Now it's time to share even more.

Here you'll find all the stories that exist outside that iconic square grid. Like that time I rode my Vespa across the US—at 23 years old. Or when I broke my foot just before running with the bulls in Pamplona. Or about the many years I spent living in Frankfurt, Germany—a pre-social media age where I still photographed my experiences, just with disposable cameras and Polaroids.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve taken thousands of photos, making friends and gaining followers along the way. On this site, I am able to provide a deeper commentary on culture, share my top travel tips for any city, and create curated collections of all the best places (including, obviously, coffee shops) in the cities I love. I'm eternally thankful for the community I've found through Instagram, a community that floods my inbox with recommendations the second I land somewhere new. And now it's time for me to round up my experiences and knowledge and share it all in the hopes that you, too, might find some inspiration for yourself.
